Dear Valued Residents,

     I would like to take this opportunity to talk about the evolution of the Community Management Office and leasing functions moving forward.  We are very excited about the changes that have occured for our leasing staff at Ft. Stewart.  Based on your recommendations from your RCI Resident Survey, we are expanding our office and services to be able to fulfill your needs in a more timely manner.

     We will be co-locating our leasing office at both the Liberty Woods Community Center and the Southern Oaks Community Center, with management present at each location.

     The Southern Oaks Community Center will manage the North Bryan, South Bryan, Southern Oaks and Isenhower Terrace neighborhoods, and will be managed by Burny Burnside.

     The Liberty Woods Community Center will manage the Isenhower Village, Liberty Woods, Marne Woods, Marne Homes, Marne Terrace, Coastal Ridge, New Marne and Marne Court neighborhoods, and will be managed by Stephanie Clair. 

     The neighborhood where you reside will determine which leasing office you would visit for all of your housing needs.  Also, if you are affected by deployment and need additional assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
